Playoff Prediction

We are finally in week 15 of the NFL season. The Chargers won their 9th straight game and were one of the teams to clinch playoff birth against the Bengals with Nate Kaeding's game-winning 52-yard field goal. The 49ers were knocked out of contention with their loss against Philadelphia, the NFC East leaders. As the playoffs come closer and closer, the excitement only increases. Here are my Wild Card predictions:

NFC - Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys
The Packers have been red hot, winning their last 6 games before losing to Pittsburgh tonight. The offense has been dominating, while the defense has subtly played well. I know Dallas has been horrible in December in previous years, but as much as I want them to lose, their win against New Orleans could not have been a bigger confidence-booster. Dallas goes to Washington next week, and I think they'll get their 10th win of the year there. I don't know if they can beat the Eagles, but I think the Giants will have trouble against the Vikings in Week 17.

AFC - Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos
The Broncos and the Ravens would be in if the season ended today. After looking at all of the remaining schedules for these two teams and the others who are competing for the spot (Titans, Jets, Dolphins, Texans, Steelers), I think all of them have the potential to win one and lose one before the season ends. The Titans have played incredible football since they started 0-6, and if they had started better, I would definitely put them ahead of these two teams. I just think they got too far behind earlier in the year.
