And the Vikings Quarterback is...not Brett Favre?

The Brett Favre saga was endless....until yesterday. Even though many thought that he was going to be wearing purple and white in Minnesota next year, the 39-year-old finally called it quits. It was a good thing for him not to come back though. For one thing, he has lost so many fans because of how indecisive he was. Brett Favre has been a pain in the butt for all sports fans in general. Every single day on ESPN there is a "developing story" or "this just in" to tell us all that Brett Favre is still unsure about his return. People could be showering, cleaning your car, or even watching Nascar (if you're into left turns) in the time ESPN spent on Brett Favre updates that would reveal absolutely nothing. And the Vikings got the worse end of this. While Brett Favre gets to sit on his couch watching his own Wrangler commercials, the Vikings have a dilemma at the quarterback position: Sage Rosenfels or Tarvaris Jackson? Maybe even John David Booty, the former USC Trojan. All broadcast stations, newspapers, etc. gave us the impression that Favre was coming back, so no one saw this coming. The Vikings have everything now, except a solid starting quarterback. But who knows, maybe one of those three can help the team more than Favre could.
